J. Cole announces North American tour with a week in advance
The tour? Dollar & a Dream? has closed ten dates
The rapper J. Cole is even betting on the potential of their second studio album, "Born Sinner", expected to reach the public on June 18. Besides coincide with releases of other rappers like Mac Miller and Kanye West, he is risking American tour dates ten from the next day 11, but only started releasing earlier in the week.
Not that this is very difficult for the German, who was created in the United States since he was eight months old and started rapping and producing professionally for 15 years, but the "Dollar & a Dream" has already closed presentations in Miami (11) Atlanta (12), Baltimore (13), Boston (14), Washington (20), Philadelphia (21), Chicago (23), Houston (24), Detroit (25) and Toronto (26).
The change in the release date of "Born Sinner" seems more a nudge from Jay-Z to his eternal companion studio Kanye West, who launched together in 2011 the album "Watch the Throne". First Jay-Z has partnered with Justin Timberlake, whose hit "Suit & Tie" West hated and criticized the work of his friend. Now Cole, who is from the Roc Nation label Jay-Z, will directly compete with the West in the 18th week.
